Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-08-03
Terms for using KSeF for Shopify. By installing the app, the merchant accepts them.
What the service does
The app generates FA(3) documents from Shopify orders, validates them against the official schema, submits them to KSeF, and stores the resulting confirmation of receipt.
The app is a technical layer. We do not provide tax or accounting advice. Responsibility for the correctness of invoice data and for meeting tax obligations rests with the merchant.
Merchant obligations
The merchant is responsible for the data they enter: NIP, name, address, VAT rates, and the invoice numbering pattern.
The merchant is responsible for keeping the KSeF token valid and for the permissions granted to the app in that system.
We recommend a test run against the KSeF test environment before enabling production submission.
Availability and limits
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages or maintenance on the KSeF side may delay submission; the app retries automatically.
An invoice recorded but not accepted by KSeF is visible in the dashboard together with the error text.
Fees
Subscription fees are billed by Shopify according to the selected plan. The free tier covers a limited number of invoices per month.
Exceeding a plan limit does not lose invoices — they are still recorded.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for tax penalties arising from incorrect data entered by the merchant.
Termination
The merchant may uninstall at any time. Shop data is deleted on receipt of a shop/redact request from Shopify. We recommend exporting invoices and UPOs first.
